During the design phase, you will be involved with initial input, architectural plan approval, pricing approval and exterior selection.

During the construction phase, your involvement will only be necessary for a red-line meeting (finalize building plans) interior selection, electrical walk-through inspection and the fixture selection.

Completion Phase

You finally made it...This phase includes the final walkthrough, closing and of course, moving!
